According to this Nickelodeon News article on Clizbeats.com, the North American pop and R&B recording artist, record producer, dancer and actor Ne-Yo (also known as Shaffer Chimere Smith) will be making a special appearance at Nickelodeon upcoming fourth annual "TeenNick HALO Awards", Nickelodeon's annual award show which recognises real-life teens who are "Helping and Leading Others" (HALO), which Nickelodeon USA will hold and tape live from the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles, California, USA on Saturday 17th November 2012 and premiere and show on television on Monday 19th November 2012 at 8.00pm (ET/PT) as part of Nickelodeon USA'S Nick at Nite programming block line-up:
